The Straits View

The design brief for Straits View Residences was to create a weekend house calls to mind the concept of bringing resort living into a big city for an overseas family with husband & wife and 3 children, they’re a mixed-races family with Indian & Malay. The main door opens into a graceful foyer with display some exclusive collection pieces by house owner, the foyer serve as a gateway to the grand living hall.

Upon entering, an open living and dining hall were combining different kind of furniture and lights to create a warm mood or feel, yet to bring a room to life, and stamp the house owner personality, it also can be
functional, practical, or decorative. A short walk leads to an open bar counter where the owner can prepare and serve drinks or meals in front of their guest. To the left of the glass door from the dining hall is a venue for relaxation high tea as it opens onto two other spaces, indoor and outdoors dining. An additional outdoor patio at the backyard, perfect for balmy every parties.
